About Cameron

Cameron is an experienced Personal Trainer and has worked at Fitness First as a Strength and Fitness Trainer. Cameron also has an established outdoor training business in the Hills district offering clients a range of activities including boot camp, cardio boxing and strength and fitness programs. Cameron specialises in fat burning, strength training, nutritional information and cardiovascular fitness.

Passions

Cameron is passionate about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. A memorable achievement was a client who lost 45 kilos in just 6 months, a great outcome for the client but also very satisfying to Cameron as a Personal Trainer..

Cameron is also passionate about Mixed Martial Arts both participating and being a spectator.
