Muay Thai is one of the most exciting striking styles in existence. Combining elbows, knees, kicks and punches. You will develop a blend of techniques to add to your stand-up skills, as well as experience a fantastic workout! What are you waiting for? Punish those pads!
Kettlebells are focused on “back to basics” training, developing functional body strength and fitness across the entire body. Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness based approach to yoga with a focus on strength and flexibility, allowing you to revitalise and de-stress. Unlike other forms of yoga, Warrior Yoga does not focus on one specific set of movements therefore making each session as varied and challenging as the last.
